Install

Download and install like any homebrew.

One NRO. Copy it to the SD card, start it from hbmenu, and reboot into uDeck HOME.

Atmosphère 1.11.x on the console

hbmenu R + Album, or R + a game

SD card Folder switch/uDeckLaunch/

Copy uDeckLaunch.nro to sdmc:/switch/uDeckLaunch/.

Boot Atmosphère. Open hbmenu with R + Album (or R + a game).

Run uDeckLaunch. The first start unpacks the menu, activates the HOME overlay, and reboots.

Optional covers: get a free SteamGridDB key, then use EasyAPI so you only type four characters on the Switch.

Disable or uninstall

Disable only: run the NRO from hbmenu again and deactivate.
Restore official HOME: delete atmosphere/contents/0100000000001000/exefs.nsp and reboot.
Full wipe: also remove sdmc:/ulaunch and switch/uDeckLaunch/.

Notes

You need at least one installed game so homebrew can launch with full RAM. If application launch fails, the menu falls back to applet mode. NXThemes under qlaunch is left untouched.
